Beautiful penthouse at Punta Prima

Hola! Welcome to our beautiful penthouse "Casa Blanca Punta Prima"!

When we started looking for an apartment, we immediately fell in love with the penthouse in this stunning complex with its authentic Spanish charm! Our penthouse is located in the Punta Prima district of Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca in Spain. The area is vibrant year-round, but our penthouse is peacefully situated, and it's only a few minutes' walk to the hustle and bustle – the perfect balance. This region is known for its 350 days of sunshine a year and the healthy air provided by the surrounding salt lakes. In short, the perfect spot for every holidaymaker and winter visitor!

Upon arrival at the complex, you'll immediately experience that ultimate holiday feeling, which is further enhanced upon entering our penthouse, which features cozy, modern furnishings and is fully equipped!

Our penthouse is within walking distance of the beach, several restaurants, bars, shopping centers, and supermarkets. And nearby are several beautiful beaches/coves, golf courses, a paddle tennis club, go-kart tracks, water parks, minigolf, fairs, and of course, La Zenia, the largest open-air shopping center. Torrevieja city center is 3.7 km from our apartment. In short, this is a diverse region with something for all ages!

The Penthouse:

We have a south-facing balcony accessible through sliding doors in the living room, complete with furniture and a BBQ. There's also a large roof terrace accessible via the stairs in the living room. It's equipped with furniture, a pergola, a lounge set, and sun loungers, giving you plenty of options for relaxing and ending the evening with a delicious BBQ and a drink.

There are 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed (180x200 cm) and the other with two single beds (90x200 cm). Bed linen, pillows, and duvets are provided.

There are 2 bathrooms, one ensuite, each with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. Towels are provided.

The penthouse has a spacious living room with open kitchen with kitchen island with bar stools, dining table and chairs, TV with Dutch, Belgian, English channels, board games and a sofa bed, which makes our penthouse suitable for 6 people. A baby bed and high chair can be added free of charge.

The kitchen is well-equipped with a hob, dishwasher, oven, combination microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, sandwich maker, crockery, pans, glasses, oven dishes, etc. There is also a vacuum cleaner, clothes rack, ironing board, and iron.

The complex has a beautiful swimming pool with a children's pool for your use. Parasols are available at the pool.

It is a gated complex with two private parking spaces where you can park for free.

Surroundings:

There is plenty to do in the area and it is vibrant year-round. It is a popular destination for all types of holidaymakers, young and old, for short breaks and winter visitors. This area boasts an average of 350 days of sunshine per year and the temperature is always pleasant.

Whether you enjoy the vibrant life, prefer peace and quiet, are a beach lover, or are a nature lover, you'll find it all in this region. There's also plenty to do for the more active visitor.

There are beautiful white beaches with crystal-clear water. Costa Blanca doesn't mean "white coast" for nothing! The area boasts several stunning beaches and coves, such as Playa Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca, Playa la Zenia, Playa Cabo Roig, Playa Cala Capitan, Playa de Glea, and many more.

South Costa Blanca is known for its clean air and, combined with its pleasant climate, is one of the healthiest regions to live in. This clean air is thanks to the beautiful "Salinas" (salt lakes), which are also perfect for a lovely walk.

This area is also a great place for shopping enthusiasts. Habaneras shopping centre, dos mares, but the most famous is La Zenia boulevard, the largest open-air shopping centre in Spain with all the well-known shops and the opportunity to have a bite to eat in one of the several restaurants that La Zenia offers.

The region boasts several well-known golf courses, such as Villa Martin Golf, Ramblas Golf, and of course Las Colinas Golf, which has been voted the most beautiful golf course in Spain. The region's diverse landscape is perfect for mountain bikers and cyclists, who can really indulge themselves.

There's also plenty to do for families with children. There are several water parks, go-kart tracks, and fairs nearby. There are also several weekly markets in the area where you can experience the Spanish atmosphere.

The nearest city is Torrevieja, which boasts a vibrant 3km promenade with terraces, shops, and restaurants. Torrevieja's harbor is worth a visit, and the city's beaches (coves) are also a must-see.
